My first time visiting Rising Tide Car Wash. I like the different price points (especially as someone on a budget). The attendant was courteous and knowledgeable. Was really impressed with the high-tech mechanical wash- my toddler was certainlg entertained by the lights and colors! Would consider coming here again.
Every time I have gone to this car wash it has cost me $35 and my car still comes out dirty. Today I went to the car wash and the only 2 open vacuums were broken. I exclaimed to my husband that there is always something broken at this place. The manager decided to chime in with his two cents. I let him know that I had said nothing to him. He became belligerent and told me to leave. No problem, I can spend $35 many other ways!
I wanted to check this place out after seeing a local news piece as the owner employs special needs worker's which is wonderful. They offer a free car wash on your first visit if you go to their app another plus. Another great feature is the offer free car vacuum that you do yourself before you get your car washed. The only reason I have it 4 stars as it's a bit pricey if paying full price and the car wash is your generic drive through wash...not that impressed. You have to pay extra for detailing etc. This is a great place for the community but I will not drive the extra miles as my local car wash is cheaper.

As a former employee of the Rising Tide Car Wash (I worked there three weeks and left because I couldn't physically handle it and I didn't find it fun), I gained a new appreciation and respect for those who pay enough attention to detail to wash cars as well as the employees at the RTCW do. They are very thorough and make sure the cars practically look brand new. Plus they greatly hire autistic people to help them and it has shown to help get the cars much, much cleaner. Take it from this former employee, they are worth checking out and are highly recommended.
Let's start off with the state of the art car wash. By far most up to date and best result mechanical car was in town. Customer service is excellent and from when I was greeted to the time I got my vehicle, i truly felt like they valued my business. Best bang for your buck is the managers special when you come in. On top of all this, your supporting a good cause. I did a little research and they help provide jobs for people with autism. All in all I give it 5 stars which is well deserved. Keep up the good work.
